At AE Wellness Recovery, we stand out by providing holistic, patient-centered care that prioritizes convenience, accessibility, and personalized support. Here’s what makes us unique:

  • Holistic Approach: We address both body and mind, considering all factors that impact a patient’s overall well-being.

  • Bilingual Services: Therapy is available in English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity for diverse patients.

  • Flexible Locations: Beyond the home, our therapy can take place in community settings or public spaces, offering real-world, tailored solutions.

  • One-on-One Care: Patients receive dedicated attention directly from a licensed professional, with no delegation to assistants.

  • Medicare B Coverage: Unlike home health care, there’s no homebound requirement. Patients can access outpatient therapy in familiar environments.

  • Senior-Focused Services: Designed specifically for adults and seniors in the South Denver Metropolitan area, including Lakewood, Littleton, and Castle Rock.

MOBILE OUTPATIENT OT vs. HOME CARE OT

Understanding the difference between traditional home care and mobile outpatient OT helps you make the best decision for your therapy needs.

HOME CARE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY:

  • Covered under Medicare A as part of home health services.

  • Restricted to in-home therapy and focused on home-based activities.

  • Requires patients to meet homebound criteria to qualify.

MOBILE OUTPATIENT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (AEWR)

  • Covered under Medicare B as outpatient therapy, without a homebound requirement.

  • Therapy is flexible and can take place at home, in community spaces, or public settings, offering a context-driven approach.

  • Patients benefit from personalized, one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist in their preferred environment.

Live with Purpose. Move with Confidence.

Neurological conditions may change how you move, but with the right therapy, they don’t have to define how you live.

REDISCOVER INDEPENDENCE WITH AE WELLNESS RECOVERY

“My passion for improving lives is rooted in my healthcare background and my commitment to giving back to underserved communities."

Ana Espinoza, M.S.OTR/L, is a passionate Occupational Therapist and founder of AE Wellness Recovery (AEWR), offering mobile outpatient occupational therapy in homes, community settings, and public spaces. This unique flexibility allows Ana to meet patients where life happens, tailoring treatment to their real-world environments and daily routines. Her holistic approach focuses on delivering personalized, context-driven solutions that empower clients to regain independence and achieve their goals.

With nearly 15 years of experience and specialized certifications like Aging in Place Specialist, PWR! Moves and many other continuing education classes, Ana works with older adults and individuals with disabilities, addressing conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and more. She is dedicated to enhancing safety, reducing fall risks, and improving quality of life through meaningful, practical strategies.

Ana's care is deeply inspired by her roots in a family of healthcare professionals, her father a doctor and her mother a psychologist. Her mission goes beyond therapy; she donates a portion of AEWR’s income to support older adults in third-world countries with food, shelter, and essential equipment.

Whether it's helping patients navigate their homes, local parks, or favorite coffee shops, Ana ensures therapy is as functional as it is effective. By addressing challenges in real-time and real spaces, she provides practical tools for success in every aspect of life.

When not helping clients rediscover independence, Ana enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, gardening, and spending time with her family and two dogs.

With AEWR, therapy becomes a partnership, focused on your goals, in the environments where they matter most.
